We want you to absolutely love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we offer easy 14-day returns on most items, so you can exchange for a different size or style.

📦 Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
• The return request must be made within 14 days of receiving your order
• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition
• All tags and original packaging must be intact
• Hygiene seals must remain intact
• Undergarments must be worn when trying on swimwear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.
💳 Store Credit
Approved returns will receive store credit issued to your customer account.
Once processed:
• You will receive an email confirmation once the credit has been applied
• The credit will appear as a payment option at checkout
• The credit can be used toward any future purchase
🚚 Return Shipping
Returns are not free, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs and tracking.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Sale or clearance items ( any item with a discount excludes discount codes )
• Items purchased during final sale promotions
• Gift Cards

⚠️ If Your Return Is Not Approved
If your returned item does not meet our return requirements, our team will contact you to arrange shipping the item back to you.
Return shipping costs for these items will be paid by the customer.

Order Cancellations
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to cancel or provide refunds prior to dispatch.
In some cases, a store credit may be issued instead, which can be used toward a future purchase.
All pre-order items follow the same policy.
