📦 Tracking Your Order

🚪 Missed Deliveries

If you are not home during delivery:

• The courier will contact you via SMS or email with redelivery options.
• You may also choose collection from your nearest depot or pickup point.

Additional courier redelivery fees may apply in some cases.


📮 PO Box Deliveries

PO Boxes are available for small satchel shipments only within Australia

Larger parcels must be delivered to a residential or business address.


📦 Split Shipping

If you require your order to be split across multiple shipments, this can be arranged.

Additional shipping fees may apply depending on location and product size.

🔁 Refused or Returned Deliveries

If a parcel is refused, unclaimed, or returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, the order will be returned to us and original shipping costs may be deducted from any refund or store credit issued.
