Warranty
At Alohra, we take pride in the quality of our products and stand behind them. This Warranty Policy outlines what is covered, what is not, and how to make a warranty claim.
Our Warranty
Alohra offers a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase on all products, covering manufacturing faults or defects under normal use.
This warranty is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers:
-
Manufacturing defects
-
Faulty workmanship
-
Structural faults that occur under normal and intended use
If a product is found to be faulty within the warranty period, Alohra will assess the issue and, where appropriate, offer a repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
What Is Not Covered
The following are not covered under warranty:
-
Normal wear and tear
-
Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper handling
-
Damage caused by weather, wind, water, sand, or environmental conditions
-
Use outside of recommended conditions or guidelines
-
Accidental damage
-
Alterations or repairs made by a third party
-
Colour fading due to sun exposure, saltwater, chlorine, or washing
-
Damage caused when products are used in unsafe or unsuitable conditions
Outdoor Products (Including Cabanas & Umbrellas)
Outdoor products must only be used in suitable weather conditions.
Damage caused by wind — including situations where products have bent, lifted, displaced, or blown away is considered environmental damage and is not a product fault.
Warranty Timeframes
-
Warranty claims must be lodged within 12 months of the original purchase date
-
Claims submitted outside this timeframe will not be accepted
-
Delays in providing requested information (such as photos or proof of purchase) may result in the claim being assessed outside the warranty period at our discretion.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a warranty claim, please email admin@alohra.com.au with the following:
-
Your order number or proof of purchase
-
A clear description of the issue
-
Clear photos or videos showing the fault
Our team will review your claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
Assessment Process
All warranty claims are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
If the product is deemed faulty, Alohra will determine the appropriate resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
If the issue is not covered under warranty, we will clearly explain the reason for the decision.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
