1. Overview
The Alohra It Girl Rewards Club (“Program”) is a loyalty program operated by Alohra (“we”, “us”, “our”) that allows eligible customers (“Members”, “you”) to earn and redeem rewards in accordance with these Terms.
By participating in the Program, you agree to these Terms, our website Terms, and Privacy Policy.
2. Membership
- Membership is free and automatically activated after your first purchase or engagement with the Program.
- You must be 18 years or older or have parental/guardian consent.
- One account per individual.
- You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate membership at our discretion.
3. Earning Points
- Points are earned on eligible purchases and actions.
- Points are only issued after successful transaction completion.
- Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent transactions will result in point reversal.
We reserve the right to adjust or remove points where errors, misuse, or abuse occur.
4. Points & Rewards
- Points have no cash value and are not transferable.
- Redemption values and conversion rates may change at any time.
- Rewards are subject to availability and may be limited.
- All rewards are final once redeemed.
5. Redemption
- Points are deducted immediately upon redemption.
- Rewards cannot be reversed, refunded, or converted back into points once issued.
6. Gift Cards & Reward Delivery
- Rewards may be issued as digital gift cards or codes delivered exclusively via email.
- Gift cards are sent to the email address entered at the time of redemption.
- You are responsible for ensuring your email address is correct and secure.
- Once a gift card or reward code has been generated and sent, it is deemed delivered and accepted.
- All redemptions are final and irreversible.
- Alohra does not display gift card codes on-screen. Delivery is completed upon successful email dispatch.
7. Access Method & Security Acknowledgement
- The Program may allow access through email-based identification without password authentication.
- By using the Program, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks of this access method.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your email account and devices.
8. Unauthorized Access & Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Alohra is not responsible for loss, theft, or misuse of rewards where a valid email address was used to initiate redemption.
- This includes circumstances outside our reasonable control, such as compromised email accounts, shared devices, or user error.
- Alohra is not liable for unauthorized redemptions, lost or deleted gift cards, or email delivery failures caused by third-party providers.
- Gift cards and reward codes will not be reissued, replaced, or refunded once sent.
9. Returns & Adjustments
- Returned or refunded orders will result in removal of associated points.
- If rewards were redeemed using those points, we may reverse or adjust benefits at our discretion.
10. Expiry & Tier Adjustments
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are earned.
- Unused points will automatically expire after 12 months.
- If points expire or are removed, your tier status may be adjusted accordingly.
- Tier eligibility is based on criteria set by Alohra and may change at any time.
11. Promotions
- Bonus offers and promotions are time-limited and may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
12. Program Changes
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, including point values and reward structures, at any time without prior notice.
13. Fraud & Misuse
We may suspend or terminate accounts where we suspect fraud, abuse, or manipulation of the Program. Any associated points or rewards may be forfeited.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alohra is not liable for system errors, technical failures, delays, or loss arising from unauthorized access outside our control.
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
15. Privacy
Your information is collected and used to operate the Program, deliver rewards, and provide marketing communications, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
