TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 23 August 2026
Welcome to Alohra. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Alohra website and your purchase of products from us.
Throughout these Terms, “Alohra”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Alohra. “You” and “your” refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing products from us.
By visiting our website, creating an account, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or modify any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
1. ONLINE STORE TERMS
By using our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement or have permission from a parent or legal guardian where required.
You must not use our products, website or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose.
You must not transmit viruses, malicious code or any other material that may interfere with the operation or security of our website.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders or restrict access to our website where reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms.
2. PRODUCTS
We make every reasonable effort to display our products, colours, prints, materials and details as accurately as possible.
However, colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device, screen settings, lighting and photography.
For printed fabrics, placement of a print or pattern may vary between individual garments. These variations are not generally considered faults.
Product availability is subject to change without notice.
We may modify, discontinue or limit quantities of products at any time.
3. SIZING & FIT
Sizing and fit information provided on our website is intended as a guide.
Fit can vary depending on body shape, personal preference and individual product design. Customers are responsible for reviewing the relevant size guide and product information before purchasing.
Where you are unsure about sizing, we encourage you to contact our customer service team before placing your order.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law in relation to faulty or incorrectly described products are not affected by this section.
4. PRICING
All prices displayed on our website are shown in the currency selected or applicable to your location.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
The price charged will be the price displayed at checkout when your order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing or technical errors.
Promotional offers, discount codes and sale pricing may be subject to additional conditions and may be changed or withdrawn at any time before an order is placed.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.
5. ORDERS
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that we have accepted it.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
-
a product is unavailable;
-
incorrect pricing or product information has been displayed;
-
payment cannot be authorised;
-
we reasonably suspect fraudulent activity;
-
an order appears to have been placed for unauthorised resale; or
-
an error has occurred in our website or inventory system.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will refund the relevant amount to your original payment method.
6. PAYMENT
Payment must be made using one of the payment methods available at checkout.
By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Their separate terms and privacy practices may apply.
7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping options, estimated delivery timeframes and applicable charges are displayed at checkout or on our Shipping page.
Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including postal or courier delays, customs processing, severe weather and peak trading periods.
Where permitted by law, we are not responsible for delays caused solely by third-party carriers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in this section limits any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was supplied, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is resent.
8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International customers are responsible for reviewing the shipping, customs and import information applicable to their destination before purchasing.
Any duties, taxes or import charges will be handled as described on our website or during checkout.
International delivery timeframes may be affected by customs processing and local delivery services.
9. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are subject to the Returns Policy displayed on our website at the time of purchase, which forms part of these Terms.
Change-of-mind returns may be subject to eligibility requirements, return periods, hygiene requirements and exclusions specified in our Returns Policy.
For hygiene reasons, swimwear returned for change of mind must meet the conditions specified in our Returns Policy, including any requirements relating to hygiene seals.
Sale or promotional items may have different change-of-mind return conditions where clearly disclosed before purchase.
Nothing in our Returns Policy or these Terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. FAULTY PRODUCTS & AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You may be entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You may also be entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Where you believe an item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied, please contact us with your order details and photographs where appropriate so that we can assess the issue.
Our change-of-mind return conditions do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
11. PROMOTIONS & DISCOUNT CODES
Promotional codes must be entered at checkout before an order is completed unless otherwise stated.
Discounts generally cannot be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Promotions may:
-
have specified start and end dates;
-
apply only to selected products;
-
require a minimum purchase;
-
exclude sale items;
-
be limited to one use per customer; or
-
be subject to other conditions disclosed with the promotion.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse promotional discounts where we reasonably believe a promotion has been misused or applied contrary to its stated conditions.
12. GIFT CARDS & STORE CREDIT
Gift cards and store credits may only be used in accordance with the conditions provided when they are issued.
Gift cards are subject to applicable Australian laws concerning expiry periods and consumer rights.
Store credit issued as part of a voluntary change-of-mind return may be subject to separate conditions disclosed in our Returns Policy.
13. PRE-ORDERS
Products identified as pre-order items are expected to ship within the estimated timeframe displayed on the relevant product page.
Pre-order dates are estimates and may change due to manufacturing, freight or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
If there is a significant delay, we will provide information regarding available options where required.
